We really loved the lively casino that was just off the main lobby! It was a great way to spend our evenings, and the kids enjoyed the outdoor pool every day. The hotel is conveniently located near La Guancha beach boardwalk, with lots of yummy food options.

In my wife’s opinion, they should offer a larger variety of kid-friendly dining options.

The location impressed me with stunning views of the area, and I appreciated the ample parking available on site. However, the hotel seemed in need of a significant update. the decor felt outdated, reminiscent of a past era. My room had a clean feel but the carpet clearly showed wear and tear. I also enjoyed the friendly demeanor of the staff—they were welcoming and quick to assist. The breakfast, though complimentary, lacked variety and could use some improvement. On the downside, construction in the lobby was disruptive and made check-in chaotic. The restaurant was moved to a makeshift area, leading to a less than ideal dining experience. Accessing nearby attractions required a rental car, as locations were a bit remote. Despite some challenges, the peaceful setting made my overall trip enjoyable. Hopefully, they’ll address the maintenance issues soon.

Family with children Relaxing getaway

The view from our room was amazing, like seeing a piece of art every morning. The staff were super friendly and always went the extra mile, especially the servers who made us feel like family with their warm smiles and great service.

It wasn’t exactly a bargain but the experience was worth it.
